Ghanaian attacker, Francis Andy Kumi was a second half substitute for OFK Vrsac in their 1-0 home win over Jedinstvo on Monday afternoon in the Serbian PrvaLiga.
The former Asante Kotoko striker came on in the second half as they picked a vital win at home via Ognjen Todorovic strike.
Kumi, who joined Vrsac after parting ways with FK Radnicki Nis had his first game in the second round due to injury.
However, the striker bounced back in style with his brilliant performance. He gave a good account of himself with his all action display and will hope his performance will aid his claim for a starting slot in their next game against Radnicki NB.
He scored his first goal of the season to guide OFK Vrsac to a 2-0 triumph over Mladost in a thrilling matchday 19 encounter of the Serbian PrvaLiga in December.
Monday’s game also featured two Ghanaian players, Kwaku Karikari and (striker) and Zubairu Ibrahim (winger) who played for the visitors.
