Midfielder Emmanuel Antwi has bid farewell to Accra Great Olympics after joining Asante Kotoko in the ongoing transfer window.
The 26-year-old has signed a three-year deal with the Kumasi-based team and has completed his medical examination on Tuesday afternoon in Kumasi.
Antwi mutually parted ways with Olympics, with a few months remaining on his contract. He expressed his gratitude to the club and its fans, writing on social media:
“A big thank you to the Accra Great Olympics Family. My time with you guys was amazing and I can’t thank you more. Wishing you all the best for the season ahead and hope we cross paths again.”
The former Black Starlets midfielder will now join his new teammates at the Adako Jachie training complex this week to begin training ahead of the upcoming Democracy Cup game against Hearts of Oak.
