Congolese striker Samba O’Neil Divani has finally arrived in Ghana, marking a significant milestone in his journey to join Asante Kotoko.
The powerful forward landed in Accra earlier today and is currently on his way to Kumasi, where he will put pen to paper on a three-year contract with the Porcupines.
The 6-foot-2 striker is expected to undergo a mandatory medical examination before finalizing the move, which is expected to strengthen Kotoko’s attack.
Samba, who has previously represented the Congolese U-17 national team as captain, will be joining the likes of Jeordan Glid Otanga of Hearts of Oak, who was also a member of that team.
As Kotoko fans eagerly anticipate the new addition, Samba’s arrival is set to inject fresh energy into the team, which has been looking to bolster its attacking options.
With his impressive physical presence and scoring prowess, the Congolese striker is expected to make a significant impact in the Ghanaian Premier League.
