Kosovan giants, FC Drita have planned to reunite Raddy Ovouka with his former Heats of Oak teammate Salifu Ibrahim.
Ghana Sports Page can confirmed that the “Intellectuals” have agreed terms to sign the 24-year-old midfielder on a free transfer for the upcoming campaign.
The report claims Salifu has already booked tickets and is expected to leave the shores of Africa in the coming days for Europe.
The move would see Salifu and Raddy Ovouka, who left the Phobians in 2022, link up once again in the Football Superleague in Kosovo, as Drita look to bolster their squad for the 2024/25 season.
Ibrahim Salifu, nicknamed “Di Maria,” joined the club in 2021 on a three-year deal and played a key role for Samuel Boadu’s side in their 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League title win.
He was awarded both club and league MVP honours. In total, he collected five trophies with the Phobians. The 24-year-old recorded two goals and 10 assists in 32 appearances in the just-ended Ghana Premier League season.
