Asante Kotoko SC have agreed personal terms with Legon Cities defensive midfielder Samuel Tenedu in the ongoing transfer window.
The 21-year-old midfielder made a significant impact in the Ghana Premier League last season, making 30 appearances and helping his team avoid relegation.
His impressive form has caught the attention of several clubs, but Kotoko is determined to secure his signature for the upcoming season.
Tenedu’s potential and skills have earned him a spot on Kotoko’s radar, and the club is willing to go all out to sign him. Kotoko has already parted ways with over 20 players, including midfielder Richmond Lamptey, who joined APR FC in Rwanda. To fill the void, they are targeting Tenedu, who is highly regarded for his abilities on the pitch.
Kotoko struggled in the recent Ghana Premier League campaign, finishing sixth, and is keen to make a significant impact in the upcoming season.
