Hearts of Oak have officially announced the signing of goalkeeper Benjamin Asare from Great Olympics.
The transfer was confirmed after Asare passed his medical in Accra on Tuesday afternoon.
The 32-year-old goalkeeper has signed a two-year deal with the Phobians and will join Aboubakar Ouattara’s squad, where he is expected to become the club’s number one choice.
Hearts of Oak are looking to bolster their squad ahead of the 2024/25 campaign following a difficult season that nearly resulted in relegation.
