Asante Kotoko have completed the signing of left-back Patrick Asiedu from Berekum Chelsea.

Asiedu sealed the move to the Porcupines after passing his mandatory medical in Kumasi on Friday afternoon.

The 21-year-old penned a three-year deal which will keep him in Kumasi until 2027.

Asiedu is expected to compete with Sudan’s Esmat Abdulhamid for the left-back position in the upcoming season.

Asiedu featured 23 times for the Bibires last season, registering an assist.
