Former Hearts of Oak midfielder, Glid Otanga, has expressed his affection for the Accra-based club and hinted at a potential return in the future.
Otanga left the Phobians at the end of the 2023/24 season to join Qatari side AL Kharaitiyat, but he has stated that he has no issues with his former club and would be open to rejoining them if the opportunity arises.
In an exclusive interview with Ghanasportspage.com, Ot anga said: “I’ve no problem with Hearts of Oak.
“It was a tough decision to leave the club, and I created a good relationship with all the players, management and board.
“If it happens that, I will return to Hearts of Oak again, I will do that because I don’t have any issues with them.”
Otanga played an integral part in Hearts of Oak’s FA Cup triumph in 2022 during his two-year stay, featuring in over 53 matches and scoring twice.
