A Ghanaian goalkeeper who played in the Togolese premier league side, FC Doumbe is now a free agent, and he has expressed interest in joining Ghana Premier side, Hearts of Oak.
Elijah Heymann Zambio displayed a wonderful performance to help team Doumbe de Mango secure a promotion to Togolese Premier League.
It was his second season for the club, and Elijah had already kept numerous clean sheets, earning him a place in Togolese Premier League weekly eleven. He kept 13 clean sheets in 17 games for his club and conceded only 7 goals.
”I want to reach the top ,with my style of goalkeeping I would like to explore on top of the mountain where Family friends and loved ones would be happy that I made myself and them proud”, However, I want to solve Accra Hearts of Oak’s goalkeeping department errors”. He said.

Elijah first joined Doumbe de Mango 2022 from Thunderbolt but left after some months before the Togolese giants signed him.
The former Oforikrom Rangers FC goalkeeper has since been an integral member of the team and is already courting attention from Europe.
“I played in Togolese Premier League in 2023/24 season“I have a dream helping the younger ones who love goalkeeping grow to achieve their dreams” he added.
The talented shot-stopper is expected to be called in any of the national teams in Ghana.
