Asante Kotoko Sporting Club Interim member committee chairman [IMC] Nana Apinkra Akwasi Awua has spoken about Bernard Somuah’s deal to join the Spanish La Liga side, Celta Vigo for the upcoming season.
“We are incredibly proud of Bernard’s journey and what this move represents for him and Asante Kotoko.
“He has shown tremendous growth and resilience, and this opportunity with Celta Vigo is a well-deserved next step in his career.
“Bernard carries with him the spirit of Kotoko and Asanteman, and we have no doubt he will make a significant impact in Spain.
“We will be cheering him on every step of the way” indicated the head of the IMC, Nana Apinkra Akwasi Awua told the club’s media team.
Bernard Somuah completed a loan move to Celta Vigo on Tuesday, 27th August 2024, in which the two parties agreed to sign him permanently after the loan.
