Young Apostles head coach Joseph Asare Bediako is brimming with optimism as his team prepares for their crucial clash against Asante Kotoko in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League.
Despite a winless start to the season, Bediako is determined to turn things around, instilling purpose, aggression, and an attacking edge into his squad.
The newly promoted side has had a difficult beginning, losing 2-0 to Nsoatreman in their opening match and settling for a goalless draw against Nations FC last week. However, Bediako believes the upcoming encounter with Kotoko presents a fresh opportunity for his team to showcase their potential.
“We are yet to win a match, but playing Asante Kotoko will be a different ball game,” Bediako stated, expressing his confidence in his side’s chances against the Porcupine Warriors.
The match will take place at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium, as Kotoko have temporarily moved their home games from the Baba Yara Stadium. For Young Apostles, the fixture represents both a daunting challenge and a potential turning point in their season.
