FIFA Disciplinary Action: Should the payment still not be made after the transfer ban, the case will be escalated to the FIFA Disciplinary Committee, which could impose additional sanctions.Okrah, who left Young Africans SC, has since rejoined Ghana Premier League side Bechem United after a brief stint with Asante Kotoko.
