The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially rescheduled the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers between Ghana and Sudan.
Initially set for October 11 and 14, 2024, the matches will now take place on Thursday, October 10, and Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
Ghana will host the first leg at the Accra Sports Stadium on October 10, while the return leg is scheduled for October 15 at the Martyrs of Benina Stadium in Libya.
With only one point from two matches, Ghana currently sits third in Group F, making these matches crucial for the Black Stars’ qualification hopes.
Victories in both legs are essential to boost Ghana’s chances of advancing to the 2025 AFCON, set to be held in Morocco.
