Hearts of Oak right-back Yahaya Adraman has set his sights on representing Ghana’s senior national team, the Black Stars. Adraman, who is regarded as one of the top right-backs in the Ghana Premier League, expressed his determination to earn a call-up to the national team, promising to work hard to achieve this ambition.
The 29-year-old defender was a standout performer for Hearts of Oak on Sunday, helping his team secure a crucial 1-0 victory over Young Apostles, marking their second win of the season after six games. His exceptional display at the Wenchi Stadium earned him the Man of the Match award, further boosting his reputation as a reliable defender.
In an interview, Adraman reiterated his national team aspirations, saying, “My target for the season is to play for the national team (Black Stars), so I have to work very hard to achieve my aim.”Adraman joined Hearts of Oak during the summer transfer window after a successful stint with Bibiani Goldstars.
Since his move, he has made six appearances for the Phobians, becoming a key figure in their defense as they navigate the Ghana Premier League season.
