Asante Kotoko head coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has released his 20-man squad for the Ghana Premier League matchday 6 encounter against Legon Cities.
The game was rescheduled due to Kotoko’s USA trip, the above fixture is scheduled for Wednesday 30th October at the University of Ghana Stadium, where the Porcupine Warriors will aim to extend their promising start to the season.
The squad features goalkeepers Camara Mohammed and Frederick Asare, who will compete for the starting role in goal.
In defense, Joseph Ablorh and Justice Blay will play pivotal roles, alongside Samba O’Neil, Henry Ansu, Lord Amoah, and Patrick Asiedu, all expected to provide solidity and leadership at the back.
In midfield, Emmanuel Kotei and Kodua who replaced Ntim Manu Andrews are tasked with controlling the game and breaking up opposition play.
Kyei Dwamena Michael and Emmanuel Antwi add versatility, contributing both defensively and offensively to the team’s structure.
Up front, Peter Amidu Acquah, Wisdom Fernando Bassey, and Saaka Dauda will spearhead Kotoko’s attack, bringing pace and creativity to generate scoring opportunities.
Supporting them will be Albert Amoah, Baba Yahaya, and Elvis Kyei Baffour, who offer additional depth in attacking and midfield roles.
