Asante Kotoko Sporting Club has restructured its Interim Management Committee (IMC) in accordance with a directive from His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II and the Manhyia Palace.
In a statement released on November 25, 2024, the club announced that Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum will no longer be a member of the IMC.
This decision was made to allow Dr. Ogum to focus solely on his role as Head Coach, concentrating on guiding the team to new heights and achieving its sporting goals.
“This strategic change demonstrates our commitment to improving the club’s operations and aligning with the vision of Manhyia. Dr. Ogum will continue to lead the team on the field, while the IMC will provide leadership and administrative support,” the statement explained.
The club reaffirmed its dedication to excellence and thanked fans for their continued support during this transition period.
Asante Kotoko encouraged supporters to remain united in their goal of achieving long-term success for the club.
