Former Asante Kotoko assistant coach, David Ocloo, has been named the new head coach of Togolese club AS OTR Lomé.
The Ghanaian tactician officially takes over the reins at the club, bringing his wealth of experience and tactical expertise to the Togolese Premier League.
Ocloo, who is highly regarded for his innovative coaching methods, was instrumental in Asante Kotoko’s Ghana Premier League title-winning campaign during the 2021/22 season.
He also served as an assistant coach at Hearts of Oak, where he contributed to the team’s success in domestic competitions.
Ocloo resigned from his role as first team assistant coach to Prosper Ogum last week before taking over the mantle at AS OTR.
AS OTR Lomé currently sits mid-table in the Togolese Premier League and is aiming to secure a higher position by the end of the season.
