The draw for the MTN FA Cup Round of 32 was held on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) headquarters, setting the stage for some exciting matchups in January.
Football giants Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak have been handed relatively easy ties, while other clubs like Medeama, Nsoatreman FC, Gold Stars FC, and Accra Lions face more challenging fixtures.
Kotoko will travel to face third-tier side Acceler8z FC, while Hearts of Oak will host Division One League outfit Home Stars.
Defending champions Medeama SC will hit the road to face Nsuopon Fidelity, and Gold Stars FC will take on Basake Holy Stars at the Crosby Awuah Memorial (CAM) Park. Meanwhile, Nsoatreman FC will lock horns with Young Apostles in a fiercely anticipated Bono derby.
The Round of 32 matches are scheduled to be played between January 10 and January 13, 2025, at various venues nationwide.
