Medeama SC will face Asante Kotoko this afternoon at the Tarkwa and Aboso Stadium for an exciting Ghana Premier League matchday 16 clash.
The Mauve and Yellow extended their strong form with a 1-0 victory over Karela United in their Match Week 14 outstanding fixture, securing a seventh-place standing on the table. With 24 points from 14 matches, Medeama have scored 14 goals and conceded 11.
They come into this match on the back of two consecutive home wins without conceding, demonstrating solid defensive form. Additionally, they still have an outstanding fixture against Nsoatreman FC in Match Week 15 to complete.
Asante Kotoko, sitting just three points ahead of Medeama in third place, are firmly in the title race after securing four wins in their last five league matches (W4, L1).
