Accra Hearts of Oak have been handed an injury blow with three key players, Kelvin Osei Assibey, Martin Karikari, and Hussein Mohammed being ruled out of this afternoon’s clash against Golden Kicks Sporting Club.

The absence of Asibey, who has been the pillar of the Phobians defence serves as a major blow to Aboubakar Ouattarra’s plans.

Karikari and Hussein have also risen to the stardom of the club, having attracted the love of the fans due to their outstanding performance in the ongoing campaign.

However, the Phobians have to make checks for other options for this crucial encounter as they aim to advance from this stage of the MTN FA Cup.

The record holders, who defeated Home Stars 3-0 in the Round of 32 are expected to come out victorious from this clash, scheduled for 3pm at the University of Ghana Stadium, Legon.
