The Ranking Member on the Parliamentary Select Committee on Sports Youth and Culture Hon Ekow Vincent Assifuah has urged the black stars to ensure maximum concentration thought the 90mims in Friday’s crucial World Cup Qualifier against Chad.
The Black Stars will take on Chad in game week 5 of the ongoing FIFA World Cup Qualifiers at the Accra Sports on Friday March 21. Hon Ekow Assifuah was part of a contingent from the Parliamentary Select Committee on Sports, Youth and Culture that visited the black stars during Thursday evenings training session at the stadium. Addressing the players, the ranking member highlighted on the need for maximum concentration throughout the 90 minutes.
“I can only plead and urge you, that as professionals concentration is very key, especially for the 90 minutes. If we lose a minute or two of concentration, we may have a problem. Concentration is very key and if you do so within the 90 minutes you’ll come out with flying colours”. He said
Captain of the team Jordan Ayew assured the MP of maximum concentration and the commitment to deliver on Friday.
