Management of Asante Kotoko SC have scheduled meeting with Goalkeeper Mohammed Camara, Kwame Poku and Joseph Ablor following an allegation made by former player Justice Blay on radio.
Insider of the club revealed to Ghanasportspage.com that, the Interim Management Committee (IMC) have phoned the involved players for a meeting Tuesday, July 15 2025.
Justice Blay saw his contract terminated by the Porcupine Warriors few days ago after it was rumored that he is a drunkard and a bad influence to the young players. The former Medeama SC midfielder clearing his personality in an interview with Pure FM in Kumasi, shockingly disclosed that players like Mohammed Camara also take in alcohol and smoke as well.
“People have been misinformed that I’m the only drunkard in the club, but that’s not true,” he said. He named teammates Joseph Ablor and Guinea import Camara Mohammed as players who, according to him, also engaged in smoking ‘Shisha’.
However, what led to the outburst with other teammates had to do with women.
Blay revealed that goalkeeper Mohammed Camara and Kwame Poku snatched his girlfriends.
Following these, allegations the IMC has scheduled for a meeting with the involved players to understand the reality and seriousness of the matter.
