In the latest CAF Club ranking by Africa’s football governing body, has seen two Ghanaian clubs secure a place.
In a list of 75-teams, Dreams FC who defiled all odds in the 2023/24 CAF Confederation Cup to the semi finals earned a spot in the first 30. Medeama SC also got ranked having amassed better points in their previous participation in Africa.
Shockingly, the rankings did not feature the two most glorious clubs in Ghana – Asante Kotoko SC and Accra Hearts of Oak SC. Both teams failed to make the top 75.
Dreams FC and Medeama SC in the latest ranking are placed 26th and 51st, respectively, in the CAF Club Ranking.
Dreams FC accumulated 12 points whiles Medeama SC gathered 4 points for their positions. Dreams FC becomes the highest-ranked club in Ghana.
