Former Ghana U17 standout Ibrahim Sulley has begun training with Asante Kotoko ahead of the 2025/26 season after completing a free transfer, close sources have confirmed to GhanaSportsPage.
Although the club is yet to officially announce his signing, Sulley has already linked up with the squad for preseason preparations.
He was, however, not included in the official list for Kotoko’s preseason tour of Cape Coast.
The former Great Olympics forward returns to the domestic scene after a two-year spell abroad, having departed Olympics in 2023.
His arrival is seen as a key boost to Kotoko’s attacking options as the club aims to mount a strong challenge in the upcoming campaign.
Kotoko travelled to Cape Coast on Sunday, August 10, for the second phase of their preseason training, as they gear up for a busy 2025/26 season across domestic and continental competitions.
