The 2024/25 MTN FA Cup winner’s Asante Kotoko SC will begin their CAF Confederation Cup journey next weekend having being drawn against Nigerian outfit Kwara United FC in the first preliminary round.
Kotoko will first host Kwara United in Ghana- Accra Sports Stadium before traveling away for the second leg, and the winner from both headers definitely qualifiers to the next phase. Ahead of the crunchy encounter for the Ghanaian heavyweight, they have outlined programs leading their foot steps to match day.
The Reds will depart Berekum on Sunday 14th September 2025 to the capital after their 2025/26 Ghana Premier league opener against Berekum Chelsea FC on Saturday at the Hilde City park.
Then, upon arrival hold double training sessions on Monday. On Tuesday, September 16, engage in radio and television tour with selected players and still hold double training sessions
Wednesday through to Friday, the team will have just one training session.
