Ghana midfielder Kwasi Sibo has called on his teammates to give their all as the Black Stars prepare for their decisive 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against the Central African Republic and Comoros.
The Real Oviedo player, who was included in Otto Addo’s 24-man squad, stressed the importance of approaching the fixtures with maximum focus and determination.
“Back to the national assignment. We have two big games. We have to kill it,” Sibo declared.
Ghana currently sit top of Group I with 19 points and need just one more victory to secure qualification for the World Cup, which will be staged in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The Black Stars face the Central African Republic on Wednesday, October 8, at the Stade d’Honneur de Meknes in Morocco, before returning to Accra to host Comoros at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, October 12.
Victory in either of the matches will book Ghana’s ticket to their fifth World Cup appearance, and Sibo believes the team has what it takes to finish the job.
