Reigning Ghana Premier league champions Bibiani GoldStars SC denies Accra Hearts of Oak SC a home win following an impressive second half performance at the Accra Sports Stadium.

With a brilliant second half goals from forward Attah Kumi, the visitors held the Continental Club Masters to a 2-2 draw in match day 7 of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier league fixture. Accra Hearts of Oak SC took the lead in the third quarter of the encounter- 38th minute through Mawuli Wayo after picking up a well worked team pass from Rocky and making a run into the box to dribble past Vincent Atinga and shooting into the net.

The host with a 1-0 lead were expecting dominance after recess but could not neutralize GoldStars midfield hence, the struggle to dominant.

Just 7′ minutes into the half, Ghanaian forward Attah Kumi leveled scores for the visitors to urge his side to a comeback draw at full time. Bibiani GoldStars SC constant press and attack gave no breathing space to the home team.

Attah Kumi again netted a screamer minutes after the hour mark to put GoldStars in front for the first time in the game. However, Hearts of Oak SC would have to fight back.

Exactly on the 70th minute, Hearts of Oak SC scored the equalizer through substitute George Paaku to ensure they avoid defeat at home but the away draw was an exciting result for the visitors, Bibiani GoldStars SC after the final whistle was blown.

The draw leaves both teams with 13 points with Hearts of Oak SC 4th on the log whiles Bibiani GoldStars SC 5th after 7 league matches.
