Asante Kotoko midfielder Seth Kwadwo has implied that the Reds had a difficult game against Karela despite the comfortable win.
Seth delivered a standout performance in their 4-2 victory over Karela United on Matchday 8 of the Ghana Premier League, scoring a goal and earning the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award.
Reflecting on the match, Kwadwo acknowledged the quality of Karela.
“It wasn’t an easy game. Karela United are one of the teams in good form, but for us, we had no option than to win.”
Despite the excitement surrounding the upcoming Super Clash against Hearts of Oak on Sunday, November 9, 2025, Kwadwo chose to remain grounded.
“We can’t talk about the Super Clash now. We are going to prepare.”
With Kotoko still unbeaten and gradually climbing the table, Kwadwo’s composed post-match words underscores the team’s focus and determination as they gear up for the season’s biggest fixture.
