Asare who doubles as Black Stars glovesman has come under criticism following his recent outings for the Phobians.
He’s kept 5 clean sheets in 7 league matches for Hearts of Oak, conceding 3 goals.
However, many believes he ought to do better with Henry Asante Twum appealing calmness amongst the fans, insisting Asare will bounce back stronger indicating mistakes are part of goalkeeping.
“I think Benjamin Asare will learn from his mistakes. I don’t think it is time for Hearts of Oak SC fans to panic”, he told 3news.
“These things happens, all the top goalkeepers in the world make mistakes”.
Twum expressed massive confidence that Asare has the mental strength to return to his best. “I believe he has the capacity and competence and the ability to get back to where we all know him to be”, Twum concluded.
