Asante Kotoko SC will be without attacking midfielder Walid Fuseini when they face bitter rivals Accra Hearts of Oak SC Sunday in the 2025/26 Ghana Premier league Super clash.
The former Nsoatreman FC kingpin, will be missing his first super clash due to injury. Walid has sustained a thigh injury, and expected to be out for three weeks.
He missed Kotoko 4-2 sweet victory over Karela United FC over the weekend, due to same injury after featuring in their heavy defeat to Wydad Casablanca last two weeks in Morocco.
The Ghanaian midfielder joined Asante Kotoko SC this season on a two year contract with huge expectation but now has to nurse an injury before fighting on.
According to source at the club, Walid is likely to return middle of November.
