The Stars of the North had to go six matches before picking their first win in the 2025/26 Access Bank Division One League after humbling Yapei United FC on Sunday at home – Kurt Okraku Technical Center.
A brace from former Ghana U-17 winger Samed Bukari guided Bolga All Stars to a deserving 3-0 victory over Yapei United FC after full duration of the encounter. Exactly on the 15′ minute, Samed Bukari broke the deadlock to hand his outfit the lead with a superb counter attack system which saw a beautiful play from the midfield.
All Stars dominated play at home to exhibit their beautiful style of play but Bukari’s strike was their first goal at their home grounds since match day one.

It all ended 3-0 for Bolga All Stars at the Kurt Okraku Technical Center, ensuring they harvest their first victory of the game as they hope to build on that going into their remaining league matches.
Meanwhile, Samed Bukari went on to claim the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award following an enigmatic display on the day.
His brace against Yapei United FC marked his 5 goal of the season in 5 matches, superb.
