Accra Hearts of Oak SC will play the rest of their 2025/26 Ghana Premier league home matches at the University of Ghana stadium- Legon.
This follows decision of the club’s management, to move away from the Accra Sports stadium. The club have yet to give a tangible reason for moving away from their traditional home grounds but this comes at the back of supporters who have long urged the team to change venue.
Hearts of Oak SC seems to have endured some difficult run at home – Accra sports stadium this season which is not sitting well with the fans and constantly growing frustration amongst them.
The Continental Club Masters in the ongoing campaign, are the worst home performing team in the league only managing six points from a possible 15- five matches. At home, they managed just a win over Eleven Wonders FC thus 1-0, losing to arch rivals Asante Kotoko SC and drawing the remaining.
They will face Vision FC in their first home game at Legon sports stadium on Saturday November 29, 2025.
