Management of Soccer Scouting Academy has confirmed readiness to offer footballing opportunities across Ghana. They have a scouting process underway dubbed “Soccer Scouting Academy Reality Show”.
It will be for players between the ages of 15-23.
The team will offer this Golden opportunity to all 16 Regions in Ghana and create a platform where 40 players will undergo through 3 months psychological development training.
Other benefits outlined by the management and organising team includes; training on branding, marketing and promotion for placement.
The team of scout which has experienced Ghanaian football coach J.E Sarpong and Don Bortey formerly of Accra Hearts of Oak SC, are already underway, and are on the hunt for the most promising young players across the country.
The “Reality Show” exercise is scheduled to commence early week of February 2026 in the Capital- Accra before transcending to the other regions.
Football Psychologist, Scout and Director of Soccer Scouting Agency Akwowe will lead the charge with some education over psychology worth considering as a footballer.
This Reality Show aims to revive, motivate, and establish a platform where Branding, Marketing and Promoting is a key to our players.
