Ghanaian lower-tier club FC Ashanti Gold 04 has officially confirmed the appointment of experience Ghanaian trainer Abdul Karim Zito as their new head coach.

The club following a successful negotiations offered Zito a contract that will last until end of 2025/26 league season.

The former Ghana U-20 coach last coaching job was at Kumasi with Asante Kotoko SC were he resigned following a poor run of form despite clinching the MTN FA Cup and Toyota Cup for the Reds.
Zito with his vast experience is expected to inspire FC Ashanti Gold 04 to Ghanaian top-tier qualification.
