Asante Kotoko SC are on the verge of appointing Dr Kwame Baah-Nuakoh as the club’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as part of a broader restructuring ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Sources indicate that the Kumasi-based club is finalizing plans to hand the administrative reins to Dr Baah-Nuakoh, who is no stranger to the Porcupine Warriors, having previously served as International Relations Manager.
Dr Baah-Nuakoh also brings significant experience from his role as Chairman of the Club Licensing Committee since November 2019, where he played a key part in enforcing standards across Ghanaian football.
Beyond football administration, he has held a corporate position as General Manager for Sustainability at the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), adding to his leadership credentials.
Meanwhile, Kotoko are also expected to appoint a new head coach before the start of the Ghana Premier League season, as the club continues its rebuilding process.
The anticipated appointments underline Kotoko’s intent to strengthen both management and technical structures as they aim to return to the summit of Ghanaian football.
