Asante Kotoko forward, Evans Adomako has joined Karela United on loan.
The attacker joins the Anyinase-based club on a season loan deal ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.
The 25-year-old spent most of his time playing in Belarus for the likes of FC Gomel, Rudar Velenje and NK Dravograj before joining the Porcupine Warriors in 2020 and became the club’s fifth signing in the transfer window following the acquisitions of Emmanuel Keyekeh, Yusif Mubarik, Razak Abalora and Latif Anabila.
The lethal forward was expected to boost the attack of the Reds but he was unable to get enough playing time last season.
For him to keep his form, the GPL giants have agreed to send him on loan to Karela United.
The Porcupine Warriors are currently in Sudan having their preseason exercises ahead of the start of the new season next month.
The Kumasi based giants will begin their campaign with a game against Nsoatremang FC.
Kotoko will also represent Ghana in the CAF Champions League next season.
