The head coach for the Porcupine Warriors, Seydou Zerbo has reacted to their Sunday’s CAF Champions Leg preliminary round second leg clash against Rail Club du Kadiogo.
Having defeated the Burkinabé giants in the first leg, the team is hoping to make it a done deal on Sunday when they meet again at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
However, the gaffer, Seydou Zerbo in a pre-match presser this morning said it’s a big game and the difference will be the supporters.
The Burkinabé tactician got his first win with Asante Kotoko after claiming a late minute win over the Burkinabé giants during the first leg held in Benin on last Monday and going into the return leg, the Porcupine Warriors will be expected to demonstrate a spirited performance to advance.
Reacting to the epic clash, the gaffer said; “It’s a big game and the difference will be the supporters. Everywhere you go in Europe you will see the supporters being the number twelve man so if they really have the team at heart, then they should be here on Sunday.”
“I know Kadiogo very well, their system of play is always to attack, however we need to be focused throughout the ninety minutes.”
“This is a press conference and I won’t sit here to tell you the system we are going to deploy so you just have to come on Sunday and see how we will play,” he stated.
