Kumasi Asante Kotoko will host Burkinabe side, RC Kadiogo at the Baba Yara Stadium in the second leg tie of the preliminary round on Sunday.
The Ghana Premier League champions in the first leg defeated Kadiogo by a lone goal with youngster, Isaac Oppong scoring the only goal of the game at the General Kerekou Stadium in Cotonou.
Kotoko are seeking to play in the group phase of the Champions League for the first time since 2006.
Having claimed a dramatic win in the first leg the Porcupines will hope to maintain the scoreline or fight for win to advance.
The same squad for the first leg class has been maintained by the head coach, Seydou Serbo for the tomorrow’s game.
The Cameronian international and their talisman, Franck Etouga Mbella will once again sit aside for the epic encounter.
In all three goalkeepers, Danlad Ibrahim, Moise Pouaty and Frederick Asara make the final squad.
The defense, the midfield, and the attacking role has the services of Christopher Nettey, Mohammed Sheriff, Richard Boadu, Richmond Lamprey, Isaac Oppong, Steven Mukwala, Georges Mfegue and others.
Kotoko will later host their bitterest rivals, Accra Hearts of Oak in a week three fixtures of the BetPawa Premier League.
