The Contingent made up of one striker, Yassan Ouatching, coach David Ocloo, and one other board member, Alhaji Akambi will leave Ghana this morning at exactly 10:00 am to join the Rainbows in Mali for the CAF Confederations Cup against ASR Bamako.
The team safely arrived at the Modibo Keita International Airport on Thursday Afternoon (3:25 pm local time) but the trio couldn’t make the trip due to paper documentation.
Yassan Ouatching, from the Central African Republic, has finally been granted a visa to make him travel now while Coach David Ocloo has secured his paper document to leave the shores of Ghana.
The members of the Phobians will leave Ghana through Togo International Airport for their last flight to Mali with ASKY Airline.
The first leg between Hearts of Oak and ASR Bamako comes off tomorrow at exactly 4:00 pm at Stade du Bamako before the second leg in Accra.
Hearts will hope to return with positive results ahead of the second leg as they aim to progress into the group stage of the competition after last season’s early exit.
