Technical Advisor of the Black Stars, Chris Hughton says he is confident about the work Otto Addo and his technical staff are doing ahead of the World Cup.
The former Tottenham Hotspur manager believes the team will be very well prepared and the players will give everything for the upcoming mundial.
“One thing I’m confident of is the work Otto and the technical staff have put in. This team will be very well prepared and the players will give everything,” Chris Hughton told Daily Mail.
He also stated, “We will have to play well and we’ll need a bit of luck. But we’ve seen in past tournaments that anything is possible for a country like ours.”
The head coach of the Black Stars, Otto Addo has reportedly submitted his provisional squad to the Ghana Football Association.
The GFA and the technical team of the Black Stars are expected announced the final 26-man squad before November 13.
Ghana will take on Portugal in the group opener on November 24 at Stadium 974 before the game against South Korea.
The four-time African champions will play Uruguay side, in the final group game on December 2.
