Ghanaian goalkeeper, Richard Ofori returned to training on Monday morning for PSL side Orlando Pirates ahead of their next clash against Kaizer Chiefs after recovering from injury.
The Black Stars goalie sustained an injury in Orlando Pirates’ game against Amazulu in the South African Premier Soccer League last week and was feared to be facing spell out from the team’s next fixture.
The report adds that Ofori will expect to be back on the pitch for the PSL clash with Kaizer Chiefs next weekend.
Ofori has featured in 10 games for the South African side this season. He was among Ghana’s squad that played against Brazil and Nicaragua during their international friendly in September.
The 28-year-old has registered his name in Otto Addo’s provisional squad for the World Cup.
