Head coach for Accra Hearts of Oak, Slavko Matic believes his players should be mentally tough and stay focused to clinch the ultimate at the end of the season.
Legon Cities held Accra Hearts Of Oak to a goalless draw at the Accra Sports Stadium in matchday 15 in the ongoing Ghana Premier league.
The Phobians dominated the game but were unable to secure the victory, which would have narrowed the points gap between them and league leaders Aduana Stars.
The visitors’ tenacity throughout the game denied Hearts of Oak a goal, and the game ended in a goalless draw at the end of 90 minutes.
Speaking in a post-match presser, the Serbian tactician stated his players should be mentally tough.
“The mentality of my players should change going forward. When they get the ball at the final end of the opponent, they must exercise the patient and take responsibility” he said.
Hearts Of Oak are currently 3rd on the table with 25 points. They will visit RTU on week 15 at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.
