Goalkeeper Eric Ofori Atwi is expected to make his third Premier League appearance for Hearts of Oak in today’s clash against Bibiani Gold Stars.
Antwi has featured for the Rainbows twice in the Ghanaian top flight since he arrived from Legon Cities.
Hearts of Oak have the chance to close the gap at the top of the BetPawa Premier League to two points and move to the second place this afternoon when they take on the Golden Boys at Dun’s Park.
Deputy coach, David Ocloo will lead the team once again after Sunday’s victory over their fierce rival Asante Kotoko. He is expected to make two changes from the team that started against the Porcupine Warriors, with Eric Ofori, and Rashid Okine coming in as replacement for Richmond Ayi, and Dennis Korsah
In the end, it looks like the ex-Porcune trainer will not make any kind of rotation again – while taking this clash as seriously as it’s required to be taken given the circumstances.
Gold Stars are unbeaten in their last eight games at the Dun’s Park but the Phobians can’t afford to drop any more points. They are the favorites for today’s game.
The game is scheduled for 3:00 pm and will be live on StarTimes Adepa Channel 247.
