The Ghana U20 boys national team failed the tough test of facing the Burkina Faso U20 national on Monday afternoon when the two countries locked horns at the 2023 WAFU Zone B U20 Cup of Nations tournament.
At the end of the Group A contest, Burkina Faso bagged all three points after sealing a 2-0 win.

The Ghana U20 national team [Black Satellites] needed to win badly today to increase the side’s chances of progressing to the knockout stage of the tournament. But Samuel Boadu and his boys couldn’t win against Burkina Faso.
Following the defeat today, Ghana must now prepare and hope to beat host nation Ivory Coast in the final group game.
Ghana’s last group game against Ivory Coast is scheduled to be played on Thursday, July 13, 2023.
