Glorious Accra Hearts of Oak have captured the signature of Tamale City left-back, Liventius Arthur ahead of the new season.
The 21-year-old signed a two-year deal that will keep him at the Phobians until 2025 after passing his mandatory medicals on Thursday.
Arthur becomes the first acquisition of the Phobians who are keen to strengthen their squad for the upcoming season.
The left-back was one of the most sought-after defenders in the country following his swashbuckling performance with the Tamale Citizens last season.
He was outstanding for the Tamale Citizens despite the club’s demotion to the Division One League. He made 29 appearances in total with some impressive performances.
Arthur will provide competition for his former teammate at Ebusua Dwarfs Dennis Korsah next season.
