Hearts of Oak communications director Kwame Opare Addo says the transfer activities of the club his season were all based on technical reasons as he reacts to criticisms that the Phobians started purchasing new players long before a new head coach was confirmed.
Dutch trainer Martin Koopman has been confirmed as the new technical boss of the Continental Club Masters on Friday.
Liventius Arthur , Michael Ampadu , Kelvin Osei Assibey all arrived before the announcement of Koopman is new head coach but Opare says there is no problem.
“Our transfer this season as a club has been on technical reasons, even before the arrival of our technical team,” he told Kumasi-based Sikka FM.
Opare Addo was asked whether more players will arrive and this is what he said :
“It will depend on our technical team whether we will make some transfer additions.”
