Ghana international winger Frank Acheampong is now available for selection at Shenzhen FC after fully serving a four-match suspension imposed against him by the Chines Football Association.
The 29-year old has not formed part of the last five matches of his team but he could make his first appearance against Meizhou Hakka on September 16th during Round 25 of the 2023 Chinese Super League.
Acheampong was handed a red card in the 33rd minute in a league game against Henan FC on July 28th after the Ghanaian punched Gu Cao of the opposing team. The talented winger claimed that he had been racially abused by the latter.
In the absence of the former Anderlecht sensation , Shenzhen remained winless having lost their last six games.
The left-footed winger is one of the most consistent performers Africans in the Chinese Super League since 2017.
