CONFIRMED: Mfegue, Zeze & Kalou benched as Kotoko names starting Lineup to battle with Nations FC this afternoon

Asante Kotoko takes Nations FC in the MTN FA Cup round of 64 clash at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium today, 28th November 2023 at exactly 5:00 pm.

The Porcupine Warriors coach Dr. Prosper Nartey Ogum has named an 11-man squad to face their regional rival, Nations FC.

The Porcupines come into the game off the back of a 3-1 victory over Legon Cities in the BetPawa Premier League match day 12, and Nations FC off the back of a 1-0 win against Karila United.

Moise Pouaty maintains his position in the goalpost. Nurudeen Yussif, Sheriff Mohammed, Ansu Henry and Richmond Lamptey will line up in defence while Eric Zeze partners Justice Blay and Enoch Morrison in midfield.

Isaac Oppong replaces Kalou Ouattara, Peter Acquah has also replaced Georges Mfegue and Zeze Eric paved the way for Baba Yahaya. meanwhile, coach Ogum has named Steven Mukwala in the starting XI alongside Enoch Morrison to lead the attack.
