Accra Hearts of Oak have been held to a 1-1 draw in thier club friendly against Division One League side, Swedru All Blacks on Sunday at the Swedru Sports Stadium.
With the game heating up, the host took the lead during the 31st minutes.
The Rainbows fielding a full strength side which included their retunee, Salim Adams equalised five minutes later from the spot when Kofi Agbesimah scored.
The former Ghanaian champions made changes in the second half in a bid to claim victory but the hosts managed to keep the game level.
The game was part of Hearts of Oak’s preparations for the second round of the season.
They will welcome Real Tamale United to nation’s Wembley, Accra Sports Stadium when the second half of the campaign resumes. The Accra-based club, historically one of Ghana’s most successful football institutions, is keen on turning the tide and climbing the league standings in their remaining games.
