Hearts of Oak new coach, Ouattara Aboubakar, to play his first minor game today

Accra Hearts of Oak will play lower tier side Home Stars FC in a friendly game today, February 17, 2024.

The game will help Hearts of Oak reshape their team and get the squad in good condition for the start of the 2023/2024 Ghana Premier League second round.

This is their third friendly in two weeks after playing Ghana U-20 and Techiman Eleven Wonders.

New head coach Aboubamar Ouattara’s is expected to lead the team from the bench for the first since his appointment a few days ago.

The 2023/2024 GPL campaign is currently on break and will resume on February 25.

Hearts of Oak, who had a poor first round, will begin the second lap of the season at home playing against Real Tamale United.
